Master Penny Duggan Celebrates 50 Years of Tae Kwon Do with Community Fundraiser Supporting Sister Carla
GREEN BAY, WI — Kim’s Tae Kwon Do Center, Inc. owner and longtime instructor Master Penny Duggan will celebrate an extraordinary milestone on June 3, 2026 — her 50th year of training in Tae Kwon Do — with a special community fundraiser event benefiting Sister Carla of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Pieta from Lima, Peru.
The celebration will take place from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at:

Suamico, Wisconsin
Friends, students, families, and members of the community are invited to attend an evening filled with martial arts demonstrations, food, raffles, music, and charitable giving.
A featured highlight of the evening will be a 15-minute Tae Kwon Do demonstration, showcasing the discipline, spirit, and lifelong dedication that have defined Master Duggan’s five decades in the martial arts.
The event will also feature:

- Music by The Party People DJ Service
- Silent auctions
- 50/50 raffles
- A display table promoting Strike A Chord’s N.E.W. Music Hall of Fame
- Tours of the Motor Condos
- Open bar
- Appetizers provided by guests who wish to contribute
Special guest Sister Carla will attend the event to share information about the mission work of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Pieta. Donations raised during the fundraiser will support the organization’s efforts to assist the poor, elderly, and sick in Peru.
Master Duggan has spent decades teaching Tae Kwon Do in the Green Bay area, helping generations of students build confidence, discipline, respect, and perseverance through martial arts training. This event serves not only as a celebration of her personal milestone, but also as an opportunity for the community to come together in support of an important charitable mission.
